Tripitary is a travel planning platform that allows users to create, customize, and share travel itineraries. Our services include AI-powered trip planning, manual itinerary creation, destination information, and collaborative trip planning features.

To access certain features of our service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the security of your password and account
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You retain ownership of any content you create on Tripitary, including itineraries, notes, and reviews. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our services.

You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Travel information provided through our service is for general informational purposes only and should be verified before making travel decisions.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
